Every 5 stickers sold = 5 stickers donated to orphans

Yes ah ha, thats right. Caus thats what it's all about. Sharing the love and paying it forward.

So, the stickers will be sold by a set of 5. And every 5 stickers sold means I will donate 5 stickers to an orphanage. This way me make extra many people feel loved, and that is what this is all about!

So, not only do you get the chance to touch the hearts of the people you send or give your sticker to, 5 orphan kids receive the same warm and loving message as well! I can't wait to get started and hope many many people will be infected with my enthusiasm the spread the feeling of being loved by someone, anyone.

Will you help me and spread the word? I would really mean a lot.

Thank you!

Stickers being designed this very moment!

Yes!!! We are actually getting somewhere! And as soon as the design is finished, I will show you online.

All I can say is that is has something to do with a cute tiny bird and a very big message!

Excited!!

You are Loved

December 10, 2009

Hello (wannabe!) designers/illustrators. I need your help!

In my first blog I explained what I want to establish; spread the message, but more over, the feeling and experience of knowing that you are loved.

I want to start with stickers and Twitter backgrounds. The backgrounds will be free downloadable.

Now of course I can and will create something nice myself, but I think it would be much nicer to have other people create beautiful things too, and this way the message and the inspiration has already started.

What's in it for you? Your name will be published on the sticker or background and will also be mentioned on this blog. Further, you will touch the hearts and lives of maybe thousands of people and that's probably even more worth it!

So! Get your gear together, read the first blog and feel inspired!

Stickers:
300 dpi 10x 10 cm  (3,937 inches x 3,937 inches)

save as photoshop or illustrator doc.

Twitter bachground:
width: 52,92 cm (20,833 inches)
heigth: 35,28 cm  (13,889 inches)
72 dpi

save as .jpeg, png or tiff

Send your designs (and questions) to: honeyamore@gmail.com and we'll get back to you asap.

Thank you ever so much!

Help me spread the word and tell other people about this blog?

You are loved - how it all began

About a year ago I received a book I had ordered online. While unpacking this book, a sticker fell out the box. The sticker had a beautiful drawing and the text: You are loved. I was touched deeply.

Days before I received my parcel a beautiful person had killed herself, she could not deal with her past any longer. Horrible things had happened to her and she could no longer fight it. Saidly enough she was an amazing and beautiful mom and she left behind a little angel girl, only 6 years of age.

As the 'you are loved' sticker fell out of the box, I knew right away that this sticker was meant for this young girl who had just lost her mom. This could help her remember feeling loved by her mom and help her remember she was worth loving.

I wrote her and her daddy a letter and the words came to me naturally, almost as if they weren't my own. I could feel the loss, hurt and love from the mother to this child. And the loss for this child. I explained the child about the neverending love a mother feels for her child, and how this continues even after death. I told her that whenever she felt lonely or sad, she could look at this sticker and feel her mommies love and how that would always be there.

Later I heard how the girl wanted to put the sticker on the sadle of her bike, because she loved riding her bike and she took it with her everywhere. Very cute! Her daddy explained her how the rain would eventually would wash it away and than she decided to put it on her bedroom wall, right across her bed, so she could look at it while falling asleep and when she was waking up.

One little sticker, but such a impact. It is unmeaserable. What would happen if more and more people would send stickers or cards or emails or whatevers like this? Do you think that we could make a change or at least a shift in energy?

Less defensive and more loving. More positivity and more trust. More sense of connection and less loniness.

I think this could definitely make a change!!

And therefor I am about to design, produce and distribute You are Loved stickers. And I need your help!

Please add me to your favorite bloggs, tell other people about my initiative and as soon as I have stickers and cards available, please order some and spread the love!

So, do you want to help me?

I send you love nonetheless.

Thank you!
